Once again, welcome to our brand new (and apparently only, thus far) Winx Club Mirta fan club! ^_^

I hope everyone has read the group guidelines, and new and old members alike will continue to abide by them.

As our group continues to grow, with its members and submissions, so too does the necessity for better order. And seeing as, so far, it is a relatively small amount of admins helping to run this group, AND a lot of new submissions have been coming in, I thought I'd take this opportunity to nip something that's been happening in the bud, now, before it'd get out of hand. ^_^

And so, with that having been said, please read the following carefully, all you members (and even non-members, thinking of joining):

* From now on, when submitting Mirta-related (or group) art (OR, to "Suggest a Fave," which follows the same procedure) to our gallery, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Gallery" button, found on top of the group's page.

2. Click on the "Submit to This Gallery" found in the upper right-hand side of that new page, then "Contribute an Existing Deviation," also found in the same area.

3. Where it says "Choose A Deviation  - submitting to:" in the new box which appears, please choose the correct gallery folder your piece belongs to, in the drop down menu found in said box.

4. Click the green "OK" button, and you're done!



Although it might seem like a long, drawn out process, it's really actually 1-2-3, and will save me, future admins/contributors, and you, the member, a lot of headaches, trying to sort everything according to the right folder, and then later trying to find/view it.

So please, do what you can to help us all maintain our sanity, because otherwise, your submissions WILL BE DECLINED, UNTIL PLACED IN THE RIGHT FOLDER! ^_~




In other news, the interest in creating a group chat room has been brought up, and before it is made, I need to know how many people would be interested in the group having one, and how many would be around to chat (obviously about Winx Club, etc). As one of the generic rules, if it is inactive for two weeks, the chat room is removed, so this is also why it is important to gauge a response/interest beforehand.

So please leave a comment here and let me know!

Also, if anyone is interested in holding contests for this group and have ideas (including for prizes), feel free to let me know, as I'm honestly not big on them, myself (and thus, do not have ideas at the present ).

EDIT (2/8/10): Clearly, seeing as "no one" likes to read blog entries here, apparently, specifically, about art submissions, the "Featured" folder has now been closed to members. In THIS way, it will further prompt all of you to actively choose the correct gallery folder to place your submission. As for the Featured folder, from now on, it will be used to feature random art by you, the member, from time to time, or important group tutorials (which is clearly needed ).

Sorry for this, but I think it will help in the long run. Thanks! ^_^

JOINING/SUBMISSIONS RULES, ETC.


Again, welcome to "Twice Blessed Mirta," first off. ^_^ As stated in our group info, this is a club/group which focuses upon gathering and then featuring any and all the "Winx Club's" witch-turned-fairy, Mirta related art or fanfiction, all for your viewing pleasure, whether you're a Mirta-specific fan (or just a general Winx Club fan), or not!

And so, here a few points of note for those interested in joining our group:







HOW TO JOIN

If interested in joining our group, simply click on the "Join Our Group" button, feature above within the large, dark blue colored menu bar. After which, please feel free to give a mini-sized reason behind your wishing to join us (besides the obvious ), and click "submit."

More often than not, your join request will be accepted by us, so no worries after this point. ^_^






HOW TO SUBMIT OR CONTRIBUTE ART, AND SUGGEST A FAVE

If, after joining our group, you are interested in submitting some of your own Mirta (or group, or OC blood related to Mirta, that is)-related art to our gallery, then simply click on the "Gallery" button, found on top of the group's page.

After which, please then click on "Submit to This Gallery," then "Contribute an Existing Deviation." Where it says "Choose A Deviation  - submitting to:" in the new box which appears, please choose the correct gallery folder your piece belongs to.

If you would also like to suggest a fave related to the series/this group's intention, then simply follow the same procedure as though wishing to submit your own art work, by instead clicking the "Suggest a Fave" button found within the same area, and the aforementioned instructions listed.

If, for whatever reason, the art or story you wish to submit or suggest isn't of your own personal work, please indicate this somewhere to us, so that we can give proper credit where it is due.
While this is a primarily/specifically Mirta focused group, other general Winx Club art can be submitted here, as well, and will be placed within the appropriate folder for easy/separate access.
